Recipients of Email Updates

For those who have elected to receive our email updates, we collect general contact information. Email update recipients may opt out at any time. For those who elect to donate to support our work, we collect contact information, billing and verification information based on payment method, and optional survey information.

Generally speaking, the contents of written communications (email and printed letters) submitted to EHD by others or feedback received about the website or any other source become the sole property of EHD. We may publish quotes from the contents of these communications for promotional purposes though we will not use personally identifiable information without your written permission. Any communications threatening violence or other unlawful activity will be promptly turned over to law enforcement authorities.

Product and Website Endorsements

We do welcome product and website endorsements from educators, students, clinicians, etc. and may publish these endorsements on our website or printed materials. Endorsement forms giving EHD explicit permission to publish such endorsements are available on our website and must be completed, signed, and mailed to EHD.
