C-5 dermatome, C-5 myotome, C-5 neural crest, blood cells, bulboventricular flange, common dorsal aorta, dorsal mesogastrium, endocardial tube, endomyocardial space, epimyocardium, hepatic trabeculae, left hepatocardiac vein, left horn of sinus venosus, left umbilical vein, limb mesoderm, pericardial cavity, primitive left ventricle, primitive right ventricle, right hepatocardiac vein, right umbilical vein, septum transversum, sinus venosus, trabeculae, ventral mesogastrium

A section through the C-5 neural crest, cranial part of the hepatic trabeculae, septum transversum and upper limb bud.

Observe:
1. The dorsal position of the sinus venosus to the primitive ventricles.
2. The junction of the left hepatocardiac vein with the sinus venosus.
3. The ventral mesogastrium between the stomach and hepatic trabeculae.
4. The dorsal mesogastrium between the common dorsal aorta and the stomach.
5. The common dorsal aorta at the level of the C-5 segment.
