L-1 ventral primary ramus, S-3 spinal ganglion, T-10 spinal ganglion, T-11 spinal nerve, aortic bifurcation, axial artery, dermatome remnant, dorsal aorta, lower limb bud, marginal vein, median sacral artery, metanephrogenic mass, myotome, notochord, postcardinal vein, primitive meninx, rib primordium (T-12), sacral plexus, sclerotome, subcostal nerve (T-12), sympathetic neuroblasts, thigh mesoderm

A section through the origin of the median sacral artery.

Observe:
1. Sympathetic neuroblasts on the surface of the dorsal aorta.
2. The sacral plexus in the proximal part of the lower limb bud.
3. The dorsal edge of the metanephrogenic mass.
