Syngamy just prior to cleavage

LM of a stage 1c embryo in syngamy just prior to cleavage, 32 hours post-insemination (original magnification x300). The chromosomes are visible in the agranular region in the central cytoplasm. Some are in pairs. Small vacuoles are present in the cytoplasm.
