Blebbing absence of the nuclear membrane of a 16-cell embryo

Very high TEM of part of a blastomere of a stage 2, 16-cell embryo in vivo (original magnification x42,000). A well-formed nucleolus (Nl) contains densely packed fibrils next to fibrillo-granular areas. Notice that blebs are absent in the nuclear membrane (arrows).
