Blastocystic cavity (blastocoele) partially collapsed

Stage 3 embryo in vitro showing collapse. The blastocystic cavity (blastocoele) is partially collapsed. The morphology of the inner cell mass (embryoblast) and trophoblast are unchanged. Collapse occurs frequently in in vitro blastocysts.
