Light microscopic view of a stage 3 embryo in vitro through the inner cell mass (embryoblast) (ICM) of an expanded blastocyst 170 hours post-insemination. The collapse of the blastocystic cavity (blastocoele) (BC) and indention of the mural trophoblast (T) occurred during processing.
