Final cavitation

Stage 3 embryo in vitro in final cavitation. The blastocystic cavity (blastocoele) occupies approximately 50% of the embryo's volume. Increase in overall size of the blastocyst has not yet occurred. The blastomeres are separated into an inner cell mass (embryoblast) and a trophoblast group.
